Refund policy
At Ampower Nutrition, we are committed to delivering high-quality nutrition products that meet safety and quality standards. Each product is checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in proper condition. However, in rare cases where you may need to return a product, please review the policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order only under the following conditions:

The product was delivered in a damaged condition, or

The product cannot be authenticated using the authentication code or verification process provided on the packaging, and

The product is sealed, unused, and unopened
In all cases, a short video clearly showing the damage or issue is mandatory for return approval.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as taste, smell, personal preference, or change of mind.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return request, please email our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your request is reviewed, our customer care team will contact you to confirm eligibility and arrange the pickup.
Return Pickup

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.

There are no return shipping charges. Pickup will be handled at no additional cost.
Returns on Promotional Orders
If the product was purchased as part of an offer or promotion, all items included in the offer (including any freebies) must be returned together for the return to be processed.
Items That Are Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, used, or consumed

Products where the seal has been broken or tampered with
Exchange / Product Swap
Currently, product exchanges or swaps are not available.
Refund Process

Once the returned product is picked up and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

After processing, it may take up to 5 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet).
Return Window
You must initiate the return request within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.
